Autumn Years PLLC is founded by Kristy Shoji, PhD, ABPP who is a board certified geropsychologist with over a decade of experience working individuals with dementia and their loved ones. Services include dementia evaluations, caregiver coaching, and behavior management consultation. We are dedicated to providing compassionate care and support to those in their autumn years.

Kristy Shoji, PhD, ABPP has over a decade of experience working with individuals with dementia and their loved ones. She has provided services in a variety of settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and private practice. With extensive training in both geropsychology and neuropsychology, she is dedicated to providing comprehensive dementia evaluations to assist with differential diagnosis and treatment planning for older adults and their loved ones during this difficult time.
